About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to join its Global People team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in maintaining the company's unique culture and ensuring an exceptional experience for all team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a global total rewards strategy, overseeing the design and administration of compensation programs, and leading the development of employee benefits programs. They will also collaborate with the Chief People Officer on board-related compensation, benefits, and equity matters, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and education on total rewards offerings.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' in total rewards management, including significant experience in compensation design, benefits administration, and equity program design. A proven track record of developing and implementing innovative total rewards strategies that support recruitment and retention is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a public company, deep expertise in equity, and the ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders are also key qualifications. The candidate should be adept at leveraging data to drive decision-making and have a strong understanding of global compensation trends and market surveys. Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) are desirable.
