Business Development Manager
Jaguar Land Rover Norwood is growing and looking to add a talented individual to run our Business Development Office. We are located on Route 1 (the Auto Mile) and have thrived as New England’s largest and most awarded Jaguar Land Rover dealer.
The primary goal of our BDC and anyone on our internet team is to match the customer with the right car. Transparency and trust is at the heart of what we do and the principles we strive to live by. As a family-owned company, we believe in making the sales process as seamless and easy as possible for every customer. Rather than using a one-size-fits all approach, we try and tailor our process to the customer, as every single one has different needs, wants, and expectations.
The right candidate should possess excellent phone and computer / email skills, and the ability to be an absolute savage at setting appointments and driving business to our sales floor. We offer aggressive compensation and a family atmosphere. This is a full-time position and compensation will be part hourly wage; part performance-based commission, and includes benefits.
