Our Dealership, Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach, is looking for an outgoing, customer-oriented Receptionist to join our growing team!

Th Dealership Receptionist is responsible for the front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks. Presents a friendly and professional atmosphere for all Customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcome our clients to our dealership in a warm hospitable, professional demeanor to set the tone for their experience.
• Screen calls, direct them to the proper party, and/or obtains enough information to allow for follow- up that is convenient for the customer.
• Be a brand ambassador for our business.
• Other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, and effective process.

Requirements

• 2 Years of Receptionist or similar role preferred. 
• Automotive Experience is a plus!
• Motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task and be well organized.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Available to work days & weekends availability.
• Must have a clean valid driver's license.
• Must pass personal background check and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
