This position leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources department including a focus on employee relations, coaching and development, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, general benefits assistance, and administrative tasks. Provides the highest level of customer service. Demonstrates integrity, credibility, and confidentiality in all areas of their job.
