Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Type of Position: FULL TIME
Hours: M-F flexible
Pay Range: $22/hr - $30/hr
Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Their work includes researching the market, analyzing data and giving recommendations on how to optimize marketing investments and measure impact of investments against the firm’s goals.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyze performance data and make recommendations on how to drive results.
- Research competitor (TV, Radio, OOH) creatives for insights and ideas on development of new creatives via resources such as Kantar.
- Film in office interviews with attorneys and other staff for J&M and LHP social media.
- Manage Jacoby & Meyers and Larry H. Parker brand merchandise and fulfill orders for all departments (HR and NCC, etc.) and outside events.
- Manage all merchandising vendors and ensure pricing and quality of merchandise is optimized.Continue to look for new items and vendors.
- Make “Thank You” calls to clients for referring clients to Jacoby & Meyers and Larry H. Parker and also mail them a referral gift.
- Send out Gift cards to clients for providing J&M and/or LHP a 5 Star review and referring clients to J&M and LHP.
- Be the “back-up” to perform the weekly “clean” to validate the number of referral clients that past week at LHP.
- Chart J&M and LHP billboards with one or more of our Out Of Home vendors on a weekly basis.
- Review Spanish copy of social posts, newsletters, and digital ads for tone and grammar on a weekly basis.
- Capture data from sources into dashboards and reports that show performance vs our goals.
- Manage additional projects such as Dodgers game activations and other community events and attend same.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with excel/google sheets and powerpoint/google slides
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – Translation skills needed
- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Prior experience in marketing is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Critical thinking
- Good judgment
- Ability to work without independently without supervision for long hours
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year university
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
