We are looking for an experienced, driven, and enquiring Project Manager to join our team in Memphis, TN.
Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join us and execute planned projects located in Memphis, the state of Tennessee, and southeast. The employee will work alongside our local team to perform the following tasks:
• Manage multi-discipline teams to deliver world class design, construction, and consulting projects.
• Effectively lead projects and project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client, and all stakeholders to ensure overall success of the projects.
• Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationship Assist with business development and marketing efforts to help grow the business with both existing and new clients in TN.
• Ability to participate in and lead proposal efforts.
• Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution including field, office and personal environments.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience of water and wastewater projects
• Project management, design delivery, and business development experience with water and wastewater treatment, collection and distribution projects
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects
• Current PE license
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
• Masers of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field
• 10 years water and wastewater projects
• Recent experience working with clients in the TN market
