Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion across all trades. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain presence onsite to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction management software (ProCore)
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Familiarity with construction related software
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices
- Effective project coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
