CrestCore Realty is a property management company in the ^am CoreCollective family of companies that helps individuals purchase rental homes & then provides the leasing and property management services on their real estate investments.

We are looking for Asset Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Asset Manager will be a self-starter who can think like a builder, but also is business savvy - with a history of driving results and building lasting relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

People Management

• Conduct Weekly Team Meetings with direct reports
• Hold regular One on One Meetings with direct reports
• Be available to team via intercompany chat, phone, or email daily
• Provide training and coaching as needed to team members
• Oversee team’s daily tasks & responsibilities
• Perform email acknowledgment within policy standards, 4 hours during normal business hours of operation

Project Management

• Manage department profitability to meet profit margin goals, including analyzing Profit & Loss reports, and coaching and monitoring team members on job profitability.
• Ensure Clients are billed accurately.
• Perform quality checks of vendor work and certify that homes are ready to be occupied by new Residents.
• Assess work needed to make a home rent-ready and communicate this to property owners and vendors.
• Self-manage schedule to meet deadlines on multiple projects and complete additional requests from team.
• Communicate with supervisor, direct reports, and team members outside the department to coordinate services.
• Provide solutions to vendors, Clients, and Residents to complete jobs and maintain client satisfaction.
• Attend regular meetings with team members and supervisor.
• Meet and set quarterly objectives, and report on progress towards objectives.

Process/Procedure Refreshes

• Assist with identifying and closing process and procedure gaps to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
• Experience in people leadership and history of leading teams to improve outcomes, customer service, and efficiency
• Ability to work on projects concurrently
• Solution-oriented
• Takes extreme ownership of all jobs and requests
• Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time
• Understand design concepts, general knowledge of all trades and methods.
• Knowledge of budgeting, Profit & Loss reporting and invoice submittal.
• Proficient in project estimating/proposals, creating reports, and quality assurance
