As a Project Manager you will be responsible as the onsite Owners representative for the delivery of multiple building design or renovation projects on an active manufacturing campus. In this client-facing position, you will manage budgets, scopes, design and construction contracts, schedules, and quality in a multi-project environment. The PM coordinates multi-disciplined teams during design development, drives compliance with client requirements, and serves in a monitoring role as the owner’s representative during the construction phase. This position may supervise others and has these specific responsibilities:
• Leads project execution teams to accomplish objectives for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Develops/implements construction statements of work for contract procurement.
• Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
• Functions as the team lead for projects including acting as the liaison to internal departments as needed, and as a single point of contact with clients.
• Ensures that project deliverables satisfy project requirements.
• Applies CM best practices in meeting the needs of the project and client. Facilitates the creation of communication and risk management plans, engages stakeholders, and conducts meetings with contractors, design professionals, and clients.
• Manages stakeholder and contractor change requests, evaluates cost proposals, and administers modifications through the client organization.
• Adheres to quality assurance planning and enforces contractor quality control.
• Tracks and reports on budgets, costs, schedules, manpower, and overall project performance.
• Responsible for ongoing financial reporting throughout project execution. 
• Coordinates technical and other reach-back support for specialized project needs.
• Monitors contractor compliance with all mandated health and safety requirements.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Qualifications – External
• 10 years as Responsible In Charge of projects in an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction organization. 
• Familiar with design and construction of industrial facilities and major facility capital improvement projects.
• United States Citizenship.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills 
• Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent preferred
• Professional Registration (PE, RA, AIA) or industry Certification (CCM or PMP) preferred.
