IT Project Manager

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to implement industry-standard best practices for Project Management. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 5 years of experience in DoD Program Management
• Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects
• Experience with building Work Breakdown Structures and Organization Breakdown Structures
• Experience with developing program baselines and identifying program risks
• Experience with using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with building Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Project
• Experience with the DCMA 14-point schedule assessment
• Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, and help lead a team
• Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
