We are an industry leading disaster restoration, cleaning and remodeling company serving the Tri-County area for over 35 years. Our team is looking to add a project manager to our construction services division. The ideal candidate will need to possess the following skills:

• Strong communication skills with homeowners and business leaders
• Knowledge of computers (Word/Excel and Outlook programs)
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple people and tasks
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check/drug screen
• Managing timeline and customer expectation
• Working knowledge of construction methods and processes
• Preferred knowledge of Xactimate estimating platform

Job Type: Full-time

Salary / Commission Range: $55,000 - $85,000 /year
