Position: Boutique Commercial and Custom Residential Project Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Project Managers and Superintendents, providing leadership and strategic direction.
- Ensure successful project delivery, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Maintain a 90% in-office presence, with occasional site visits (10%) to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in commercial and custom residential construction.
- Passion for custom construction.
- Proven track record of overseeing teams and successful project execution.
- Passion for custom construction in both commercial and residential sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor project managers and superintendents.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, boutique environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
