iWorQ Systems Inc is Hiring a Sales Development Representative- iWorQ Near Logan, UT

About the Company:iWorQ Systems is a fast-growing company in the exciting software industry. We have more than 22 years of experience helping cities and counties manager their day to day operations, and you will be part of a sales team helping to expand our customer base. iWorQ Systems is a great place to work with a fun and driven culture.

Responsibilities:

· Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads. 50-80 calls per day, depending on part-time or full-time status

· The BDR understands our clients' needs and identifies sales opportunities to meet those needs by asking and answering questions, sending additional information via email and being able to explain the details of the services we offer.

· The person in this position will create and maintain current and potential clients in our CRM database, will research and qualify new leads and close sales to achieve sales targets.

· will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to multi-task by utilizing organizational skills.

  • Self-sufficient in generating new opportunities; seeks guidance for new, unfamiliar situations

· Setting a minimum of 2 demonstrations per day to pass on to the sales team

Requirements:

· CRM software a plus but not necessary

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Google Suite

· Driven and eager to learn (no sales background is necessary)

  • A desire to learn, grow, and get in on the ground floor of a start-up and new sales team while launching your career in sales
  • The ability to proactively engage new clients through email and phone
  • A high sense of urgency that can adapt and pivot in every conversation
  • The skills to articulate the value of iWorQ Systems/ Public Works software passionately and clearly
  • A team-player attitude with a desire to improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks

· Full time 8 hours a day Monday through Friday

To be successful in this position, our Business Development Representatives have superb phone and cold calling skills. They are customer service oriented, have strong listening skills, seek to build relationships, and pursue sales opportunities based on our clients' needs.

Completed Demo Bonus: $10.00 per demo

Demo Close Bonus: 20% commission on annual recurring fee

30 Demos completed per month Bonus: $250.00 Amazon Gift Card (customizable)

Daily Call Quota: 80

Daily Demo Set: 2

Weekly Calls: 250

Weekly Demo Set: 10

Demo Set to Show: 40%

Range: 20-40 demos a month

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
