iWorQ's Client Relations and Technical Support team will work with government software clients from all over the United States and Canada. The person will be responsible for assisting the clients on the training and troubleshooting of our iWorQ Government Software programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for iWorQ's government software applications
• Resolve issues for clients via phone and occasionally through email
• Recommend and complete trainings for new customers
• Track and troubleshoot customer issues and resolutions

We are looking for a full-time account manager which would be Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

iWorQ Client Relations Managers will work with existing clients and new clients to help them through the setup and implementation process. You will help configure applications, train staff and provide support to iWorQ applications.
