iWorQ Systems Inc is Hiring a Sales Development Representative - TextMyGov Near Logan, UT

TextMyGov is a dynamic SaaS startup that specializes in providing government organizations with smart-texting technology to connect with their communities seamlessly. We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Development Representative at TextMyGov, you will play a crucial role by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and setting up meetings to showcase the value of our solutions.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Work Location: Logan, UT - In person 

Responsibilities:

  • Make 65-95 calls per day to potential prospects
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening
  • Set up meetings with key decision-makers to introduce TextMyGov's products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization
  • Set a minimum of 3-5 demonstrations per day to pass on to the sales managers

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls
  • High energy level, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
  • CRM experience is a plus

Pay:

  • $15 - $17 per hour
  • Completed demo bonus: $10 per demo completed with proposal sent
  • Demo to close bonus: 7% commission on Annual Recurring Fee

Schedule:

  • Part time: 6am-12pm, Monday-Friday
  • Full time: 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday
  • Expected hours: 25–40 per week
