We pride ourselves in delivering on our commitments, providing high quality technical service and trusted advice to our customers.Job DescriptionOverview:You will drive growth in the North America market by focusing on leading, Managing and collaborating with a Marketing and Sales Team which will allow the Organization to meet its strategic sales excellence initiatives and overall Sales goals. This will be achieved through new customer acquisitions along with expanding our presence with existing accounts. You will lead strategic growth plans and marketing initiatives, as well as manage market penetration initiatives to drive focused selling activities and core market expansion.Responsibilities:New customer acquisition Focus on competitive, large multi-location accounts to convert and sign national account agreements.Make contact, create awareness, identify opportunities to out-perform competitor, negotiate testing/trials.Regularly visit Key and National Accounts corporate and production sites.Deliver corporate presentations, and negotiate national supplier agreements.Evaluate and respond to RFPs and prepare bid package responses to secure orders with selected key accounts.Develop customized offering for each key account based on a validated analysis and business unit capabilities, while exhibiting relentless focus on Loma’s top customers, products, and aftermarket services.Undertake voice of customer events to capture important information for the OrganizationAnalyze purchase trends (product specific, demographic, and competitive solution sales) and update Key Performance Indicators.Develop and manage market penetration and sales initiatives including program metrics and monthly reportingStrategic Marketing Understand and analyze Key Account industry trends, end markets, sales strategies and channels.Conduct targeted market analysis to determine expected annual sales objectives for the region.Evaluate end markets including food production and pharmaceutical industry to develop relevant value propositions and drive growth in target categories.Establish “80s” customer definitions and relevant segmentation to target conquest accounts.Propose marketing communication objectives to prioritize focused content.In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their Manager that are essentially related to their duties.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics, or related field required.Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, strategic sourcing, or similar role required. Experience in technical sales preferred.Experienced negotiator, focused on value proposition, and customer attributes / priorities.Must be enthusiastic, self- motivated and able to manage own workload.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident with both internal and external. individuals at all levels.
