Vacancy: Bilingual Customer Service (Logistics).

Location: Austin, Texas.

We are a leading Engineering company looking for an energetic and experienced Bilingual Customer Service (Logistics), to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, transportation, and storage of goods across our organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient movement of machinery & tools and task coordination, meeting all quality and delivery standards. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all inbound and outbound activity of machinery such as forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, etc.
• Coordinate the entrance of external drivers and technicians who repair broken machinery.
• Organize, deliver, and receive tooling carts, making an audit of its content and tracking the usage.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of machinery and tools, conducting physical counts, reconciling discrepancies and providing support to the tooling warehouse area when required.
• Track the machinery usage and location, and ensure the appropriate status of them.
• Supervise the electric generation and machinery status and its fuel level.
• Coordinate the materials and resources purchasing, as well as the shipment to the different factories, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements
• Act as a liaison between the Project Managers and external providers to ensure the team's accommodation (housing rental, realtors coordination, track utilization, answer queries, follow-up, coordinate facility services, maintain an accurate inventory of company car fleet and maintenance).
• Coordinate the mailing service
• Perform other related duties, as assigned.

What will you need as a successful Bilingual Customer Service (Logistics)?

• At least a high school diploma, although a degree in business or operations is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic and special tooling.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• English and Spanish advanced knowledge.
