Vacancy: Operating Assistant

Location: Normal, Illinois, USA.

We are a leading engineering company looking for a professional to join our team as an Operating Assistant. In this position, you will contribute to the mission of our organization by carrying out the control of Robots for production lines.

Main responsibilities.

Perform control and monitoring of all incoming and outgoing machinery activity, such as forklifts, lifting platforms, scissor lifts, etc. for plant.
Organize, deliver and receive tool carts, auditing their contents and tracking their use.
Coordinate the entry of outside drivers and technicians repairing broken machinery.
Purchase materials, resources and tools for the plant according to user specifications, as well as deliveries to different areas of the plant.
Transfer of personnel to airport and lodging place.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

What will you need to succeed as an Operating Assistant?

Completed high school.
1 year of experience in similar positions.
English level: intermediate.
Spanish level: intermediate.
Valid driver's license required.
Office Suite management: basic.
Valid passport and work visa.
