It Takes A Village Mental Health Services in Houston, TX is looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Employee Relations Manager in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and personnel administration.

Tasks May Include

• Tracks and completes all aspects of the new hire onboarding process and compliance.
• Records information and updates personnel files.
• Provides sourcing and recruiting support if needed.
• Administers support to the Talent Attraction Team as required.
• Prepares employee reports for managers within the Human Resources area.
• Complies with ITAV policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse of the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Position Qualifications Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources; sourcing and recruiting; and payroll processing.
• MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Homebase for processing payroll.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Pay is between $18-22/hr.; non-negotiable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18-22 per hour

Schedule:

• 3 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
