This Role
iRhythm is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support our Clinical Digital product team. In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of our next generation clinical reports to support our newest monitor form factor. You will be leading a team and working closely with engineering, design, and UX to build products that operate at the intersection of AI and human clinical expertise. Aside from the core development team, you will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to gather internal and external VOC, define product strategy, and launch new products and features.

When challenging problems present themselves, you use your leadership and critical thinking skills to navigate the team toward ta decision and away from paralysis analysis. You know how to balance moving forward with assessing risk of the unknown. Making difficult tradeoffs is your forte, and you are able to communicate your rationale, so the rest of the team is aligned. You are respected and can take charge, but everyone feels comfortable challenging you or coming to you with new ideas. The end user is always your first priority, and you strive to understand their day-to-day pain points through data and research.
