IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role as the liaison between the IT project team and business areas. This position will serve as the business analyst to identify and document complex workflows critical to the Implementation of the safety Data Platform.

Tasks

• Manage the project grant scope and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate business area activities associated with the IT project.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Gathering and documenting business needs and requirements.
• Tracking IT and business area project assignments and status,.
• Helping develop business area testing plans and testing schedules.
• Tracking business area testing results.
• Facilitating documentation of business area data and data needs,
• Helping develop and implement project communication plans.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

NOTE: Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate from day one. Position is hybrid model with 2 days on site in Madison, WI and 3 days remote.

Location: Madison, WI (hybrid 2 days on-site)

Contract: 1 year

Skills Required:

5 years - IT Business Analyst/Business Liaison experience

4 years - Experience collaborating with technical leads and business users to create data mappings.

3 years - Experience with Grant management and reporting.

2 years - Experience with ArcGIS Online
