Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the service delivery team.
expected to identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders.
Must be able to understand Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW)
Should be able to understand scope of work, deliverables, and deadlines of a project.
Experience in manufacturing/engineering sector is highly preferred.
