• Compensation: Up to $105,000 Bonus
• PTO: 17 days of PTO Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

• Work alongside the business to understand and document business processes
• Support, update, and maintain SaaS products within the business
• Go through quality assurance testing to verify changes to configurations, and customizations function as expected
• Provide tier 2 support to the end users where needed
• Configure SaaS applications to meet business needs

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

• Experience supporting Saas products such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and more
• Understanding of application integrations and use cases
• Prior experience being a liaison between the business and technology teams.
