What you'll do as a Data Entry Specialist:

• Seamlessly handle data entry tasks including order processing, price & delivery updates, and expediting orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Serve as the frontline ambassador by answering customer inquiries via phone, providing exceptional service, and addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
• Take charge of leads, engaging potential clients, and converting inquiries into actionable opportunities.
• Manage literature requests with precision, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of materials.

• While prior experience in customer service is a plus, a strong willingness to learn and a friendly demeanor are equally valued.
• Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of data entry and customer communication.
• Excel in both written and verbal communication, fostering positive interactions with customers and team members alike.
• Netsuite and intermediate Excel HIGHLY preferred
