About the job
Inxeption is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. If you love developing strong relationships and solving business problems for clients generating value and revenue for both parties, we want to talk to you! We are looking for Account Managers who want to join a fast-growing team in our Louisville office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our commerce partners, with a focus on relationship building and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships that create value for our commerce partners and Inxeption
- Understand the needs of commerce partners to identify new opportunities to grow and sell solutions across the Inxeption platform
- Perform regular business reviews with commerce partners
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure success for our partners
- Solicit feedback and ideas to be used by the team to enhance and grow our product offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in an adjacent Logistics, Customer Service, or Account Management Role
- Adept to change in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, high energy, and positive attitude
- Ability to use analytical reasoning to make sound business decisions
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects at once, all while treating each with a first in class customer experience
- Must be teamwork oriented and able to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
