OVERVIEWInxeption is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager, Advertising Sales, to play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. In this fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, managing and coaching a team of talented sales reps, and developing innovative strategies to secure new business and partnerships.

LOCATION: Cupertino, CA

SALARY:  $125K to $150K Annually Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate the Director's strategic plans into actionable sales initiatives, leading your team to consistently exceed individual and collective targets.

  • Foster a high-performing team by providing regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to unlock the full potential of your sales representatives.

  • Cultivate lasting partnerships with new and existing clients across diverse industries, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

  • Secure profitable deals through skilled negotiation and persuasive presentations, prioritizing client satisfaction alongside revenue growth.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for your team, from initial prospecting and proposal development to presentations and final contract negotiations.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress against targets, and inform strategic decision-making within your team.

  • Execute creative sales initiatives aligned with the Director's vision to maintain a competitive edge in the evolving advertising landscape.

  • Manage your team's advertising sales budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize return on investment.

EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating, coaching, and inspiring a team.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including digital media, traditional media, and emerging technologies.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients and partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless drive to succeed.
