IPS - IRP Medical is seeking a front office Ambassador who receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper host/areas they are visiting. Job Accountabilities:

• Performs routine administrative and clerical functions under general supervision to support front office and functional teams.
• Sets up meetings and events; manages conferencing by reserving rooms, facilitating conference calls and providing audio visual equipment.
• Screens incoming calls and correspondence; using independent judgment as needed
• Operates a variety of standard office equipment in performance of duties; troubleshooting routine problems or initiating service calls as necessary
• Maintains office supplies; checking stock, placing and expediting orders and verifying receipt of supplies
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Specifications:
Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
Years’ Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

• Must promote professional appearance
• Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all customers, company employees and company managers in a professional manner
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing priorities
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems and select solutions from established options
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to drive tasks to completion
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
