DEPARTMENT: Training and DevelopmentREPORTS TO: Sr. Manager Training & DevelopmentFLSA: Non-exempt, $18 hourlyLOCATION: New York, NY – Hybrid PROGRAM SCHEDULE: June 3rd – August 9thINTERNSHIP OVERVIEW: This temporary full-time intern role will provide support for all structured Training and Development initiatives for the Field Team and NYO, including fragrance launches, meeting planning, brand onboarding organization and facilitation for NYO new hires. ICP is an exclusive marketer and distributor of luxury fragrance brands in the Americas. This role will provide outstanding support through productivity, organization, and creativity. CORE REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, detail oriented, resourceful, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. In addition, this person must be technically savvy, proactive, organized, and able to prioritize under firm deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a matriculating junior or senior in college with the following:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including attention to grammar, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding attention to detail and follow-up
Good organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to prioritize work deliverables
Strong relationship building skills with a team player mindset
Possesses a positive, proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated approach
Technical Proficiency including in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Able to be in the NYO weekly
