We are currently seeking an administrative professional whom will be responsible for providing administrative support (including clerical duties, presentation preparation, and research as needed) to our Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Operations Officer and as requested to the Corporate Human Resources and Operations departments.

Responsibilities

Clerical Duties:

  • Support CHRO and COO, hospitality with general clerical tasks such as: booking travel, preparing expense reports, monitoring incoming telephone calls.
  • Monitor and schedule internal and external meetings and calendar events. Meetings may include organizing food & beverage and conference room reservations.
  • Update and maintain address books and internal distribution lists in Outlook.
  • Maintain office organization including creating and maintaining a file system, report distribution, scanning documents.
  • Assist with the organization of HR and Operations storage rooms.
  • Support department needs as requested.

Presentation Preparation:

  • Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist with creating simple excel workbooks to organize and calculate data.
  • Manage the distribution of presentations, including preparation of needed documents to bring for upcoming travel.

Research:

  • Research best practices and services as requested.
  • Compile research findings in an organized, professional, concise manner.

Working Style:

  • Work directly with internal and external customers and third parties, demonstrating a professional, positive, and helpful demeanor.
  • Positively represent the Human Resources and Operations departments in all interactions.
  • Enjoy service industry and helping others.
  • Look for opportunities to contribute and support the departments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust priorities, as necessary.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in operating Outlook and managing multiple calendars.
  • Proficient grammar, spelling and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Must be at work consistently and on time in the office five days per week.
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with other employees/departments.
  • Previous experience supporting executives is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle is needed for trips to the post office, restaurants, etc.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00.
