Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out process
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform data entry tasks to update guest information and reservations
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong clerical skills, including the ability to transcribe and file documents accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and resolve guest issues in a professional manner
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your role will involve greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out procedures, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.
