Intermountain Centers is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator - Tucson, AZ (Corporate) Near Tucson, AZ

GENERAL SUMMARY: The HRCoordinator is responsible for managing project work and administrative tasksfor the HR Department as assigned by the CHRO. The HRCoordinator also has responsibility to fill in for Front Desk responsibilitiesas necessary including answering a multi-line phone system andgreeting/directing visitors.PRIMARY JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible forperforming administrative tasks and project work as assigned by the CHRO. Assists with the maintenanceand electronic filing of personnel information/documents.Assists withuploading documentation into HRIS (Dayforce).Provides supportfor New Employee Orientation (NEO) including but not limited to, preparing newhire packets and conducting reference and other employment-related background checks(OIG, SAM, APS).Orders suppliesfor the HR Department.May assist withvalidation of Fingerprint Clearance Cards.Transmitinformation or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.May prepareletters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet,database, or presentation software.Abilityto juggle multiple priorities and competing demands easily and effectively.Mustbe able to communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phoneand via email.Providegeneral reception and office support, including answering phones, scanning andmaking copies.Greetvisitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel as back up to the frontdesk.Maintainsa high level of confidentiality and integrity when accessing employee’spersonal and confidential information. Maintains a regular schedule and acceptable level of attendance.Performs other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate tothe general nature of positionQUALIFICATIONS:Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent required.Experience – Minimum of (1) year administrative assistant experienceworking in a professional business environment. Experience using MS Office products and other computer programs is amust. Prior experience working in a Human Resources department highlypreferred.Licensure/Certification – N/A.REGULATORY:Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.Minimum 21 years of age.Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (must possess uponhire and maintain throughout employment).Questionsabout this position?
