The Compensation Partner is a key member of the Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director, this role will provide support in a wide range of compensation-related matters, such as benchmarking, new hire offer reviews, the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs and more!

This role can be based in Dublin, London, or San Francisco and will support our global workforce.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $154,700 - $209,300. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
