Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handle customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental office or administrative role preferred
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment, eaglesoft, insurance verification, claims, billing, scheduling and handling AR
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
