Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments with primary care and specialist physicians
• Connecting patients with resources they need (Medicaid, food stamps, etc.)
• Greeting and welcoming patients with a smile and ensuring patient acre satisfaction is at 99%
• Comforting patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties and answering patients’ questions
• Recording and collecting patient information for follow-up appointments
• Protecting patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information, HIPPA compliancy
• Extending excellent patient care to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Good oral/written communication skills required
• Good ability to read work orders and/or receive verbal instructions required
• SMILE
• Excellent customer service
