Our practices are modern, fast-paced, and rooted in great technology. We've recently expanded our footprint into Bucktown, Roscoe Village, South Chicago, and Indiana! We are a growing company looking to hire driven staff members that want to grow with us. We are hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations!

- West Loop: 1017 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60607
- Roscoe Village: 2125 W Roscoe St, Chicago, IL 60618
- Pilsen: 1044 W 18th St, Chicago, IL 60608
What you'll be doing: You're at the heart of all that we do!
- You will be one of the first impressions with patients, interacting with them before they meet the dentist.
- Handling all front desk administrative duties including but not limited to the following: patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans, and much more.

- You hold yourself to a high bar and are detail-oriented
- You have a growth mindset, are a self-starter, and a team player who likes to solve problems
Qualifications: Experience with Eaglesoft and Curve practice management software a plus!
- Customer service experience
- 2 years dental front desk experience required
- Knowledge of dental coding
- Treatment presentation experience
