Job description:

Innerlink Security & Sound, LLC is seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team to assist in data entry, accounting and scheduling for low voltage systems to include; alarm systems, video surveillance, audio, video and home automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk duties and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining subcontracting dept., builder, vendor, employee scheduling and communications
  • Accounts receivables and payables
  • Customer scheduling
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed
  • Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 year's experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Intermediate office skills.
  • Accounting/QuickBooks knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • US work authorization.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Bilingual is a bonus (Spanish)
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on service excellence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
