**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and support all accounting duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Supervise and manage accounting staff
- Assist in training new employees
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in office management, administrative or other related fields
- Knowledge of Dealerships office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proficiency in CDK or similar Dealership DMS, excel, google sheets, etc...
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
