Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Specifically in the construction field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents

- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks as needed
- Provide support in personal assistant duties for executives
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and clients
- Assist with basic office management tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with clericaduties
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
