Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Inman Shipping Worldwide and Travel Plan by Inman have an immediate part-time opening for a compassionate and driven salesperson to join our team and reach out to funeral directors. As part of this role, you will be responsible for promoting our shipping services for deceased loved ones, providing support and guidance to funeral directors. Additionally, you will introduce a unique travel plan product that can significantly increase their revenue while ensuring families are satisfied. Most of this work will be done from remote locations including your home.

Inman coordinates the transport of the deceased from any part of the world to their final resting place. We oversee the entire situation, regardless of the distance involved, so that the sensitivities of the survivors are fully protected.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with funeral directors
- Offer shipping services for deceased loved ones with empathy and professionalism
- Introduce and promote our innovative travel plan product to funeral directors
- Collaborate with our team to develop customized solutions for our clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with sensitivity and empathy, particularly in challenging situations
- Knowledge of the funeral services industry is a plus
- Background knowledge of business-related software, such as Outlook, salesforce, etc.
