Salary: $90,000 - $110,00 0plus Benefits

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, ensuring the restaurant is operating smoothly on all fronts each day
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Recruit, train and develop a high performing team
• Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organization
• Manage cost controls, budgets and payroll
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure financial targets are met/exceeded
• Administrative duties as required

General Manager Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in a comparable role, preferably from an upscale, casual restaurant
• Financially savvy
• Ability to successfully lead a high-volume restaurant
• A well-rounded and motivated professional with a passion for food and customer service
• Ability to develop, mentor, and supervise the team around you
