PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT / REAL ESTATE

West Los Angeles real estate development and property management company is seeking a seasoned property accountant or a full charge bookkeeper for its portfolio of Class “A” commercial and hotel properties. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have experience handling:

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• General Ledger and Financial Statement Preparation
• Property and Asset Accounting
• Lease Abstracts
• Budget Preparation
• Account Reconciliation
• Payroll Coordination

Requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic self-starter who

• Multitasks, is accurate, concise and detail oriented.
• Has good organizational, time management and communication skills, and who interacts effectively with financial institutions, tenants and vendors.
• Works independently and exhibits a high level of professionalism in appearance, work product and judgment.

Qualifications:

• Core knowledge of audit, lease abstract preparation, budget preparation, loan administration, and payroll coordination.
• Stable employment record.
• CPA credential is a plus.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience.
• Medical and a matching 401(k) plan.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
