Position Summary:
Assists with skill development and mentors Agents, prioritizing those with less than 5 years of service to the company.
Provides effective client service (via joint field work) to ensure sales team-related activities and processes meet company goals, objectives, and procedures.
Collaborates and aligns with Centralized Field Support to ensure consistent messaging and content through structured career development curriculums.
Fosters team building and accountability so that sales and support staff are focused on achieving specific individual and team-based sales goals, utilizing the guiding principles of Simplified Methodology, and the Business Development Guide.
Supports Agency Managers and Field Operations Managers in recruitment and retention of quality Agents.
Achieves stated WIGs for assigned agencies.
