Position Description
The Marketing and Communications Specialist provides primary management of communications for the Indiana Bar Foundation through website content, social media, newsletter, press releases, and other marketing materials. This position will ensure communications are consistent, engaging, and in alignment with the Foundation’s mission and will work closely with all other departments at the Foundation to ensure marketing and communications needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. This is a 40-hour per week position and occasionally requires some evening or weekend hours.

This is a full-time position scheduled to work a standard work week (Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week).
Salary for this position is commensurate with education and job experience. The Foundation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance premium coverage for medical, dental, vision, and long-term disability, employer HSA contributions, 10% employer 401(k) contributions, and three weeks paid time off.
