Job Summary:

Cunningham Restaurant Group is searching for a Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team in the Indianapolis Home Office, reporting to the Director of Marketing. This role will be a key support for the Marketing team, with day-to-day responsibilities in content creation and social media management. The ideal candidate has experience in social media content for a business, brand, school, or club with skills in photo or video content creation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In your role as a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

● Assisting in the execution of social media strategies for CRG and its restaurants and supporting the broader efforts of the marketing department.

● Creating and editing photo or video content for CRG and concepts.

● Scheduling posts and monitoring comments and direct messages on CRG’s corporate and restaurant social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

● Contributing to weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media and digital marketing reports.

● Coordinating CRG's participation in community events and fundraisers by assembling requirements, maintaining event schedules, providing supplies, and arranging event execution.

● Providing occasional backup support to the Digital Marketing Manager on email marketing campaigns or website and mobile app updates.

● Managing projects and campaigns through Trello to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables and assignments.

● Other duties as assigned. (Some nights, weekends, and support at marketing special events will be required.)

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

● Experience in content creation and social media management is required.

● Knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices, with a passion for staying on top of trends.

● Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is a plus

● Project management skills & attention to detail required.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
