Public Relations & Marketing Specialist

• Oversee media outreach efforts, including online and community initiatives.
• Manage social media accounts and assist with the website.
• Write, edit, and oversee the KGR blog and other news-related articles.
• Work closely with attorneys to find stories and newsworthy topics.
• Represent KGR as the spokesperson or liaison to the community and media.
• Attend community events on behalf of KGR including overseeing community sponsorships.
• Actively participate in tradeshows, networking events, and other industry-related activities.
• Stay current with bar rules, legal industry trends, and information.

• Independent, self-starter, and creative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the legal industry in Indiana.
• Experience with WordPress, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Must have prior experience working with the media.
• Requires adherence to the highest standards of ethics and legal compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,416.00 - $61,511.00 per year
