The Sales Support team provides administrative assistance to Sales Representatives to free them up to focus on the task of selling by providing them with information that might not be readily accessible to them and helping them navigate the different departments within the organization.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist Sales Reps with various tasks including:
  • Checking open orders
  • Retrieving previously placed purchase orders
  • Providing addresses and contact information
  • Confirming inventory levels and receiving dates
• Create quotes for rep-controlled customers or prospects, including items, pricing, and mark-up
• Run various reports: sales history, modified item summary (by CID), order guides, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments on sourcing and item requests
• Coordinate with the Contracts department to confirm if a contract is established
• Coordinate with Fulfillment on inventory movements and on getting updated ETAs
• Look up items and check stock status
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Fulfillment for sample requests
• Coordinate with Equipment department to schedule new installations
• Assist Sales Reps in cross referencing and suggesting of alternative items
• Act as the primary contact for Sales Reps when they are unavailable
• Assist Sales Reps in implementing special projects and procedures for new and existing customers
• Mail/order product labels, dsipenser keys, and product literature
• Email or mail Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

You have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software
• 2 years of data entry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• An outgoing personality, eager attitude to help others
