ListingPro by Axium is a real estate sign installation and printing company. We are a company that promotes teamwork and accountability within our team. We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team! This is a full-time position working 5 days per week. We offer many benefits with a fun group of individuals to work with daily. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will be responsible for driver dispatch, for overseeing the front office and facilitating effective communication with our team and customers. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and possess some computer skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage administration duties
• Dispatch/Assist installers with in field questions
• General Customer Service
• Encourage teamwork and positive communication while sharing information
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to staff and customers
• Completes projects and meets deadlines; performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service 
• Knowledge of Google Suite products and CRM software
• High school or equivalent
• Reliable transportation for office commute Monday through Friday - Englewood, CO 80112
• Customer Support and Client Services experience: 1 year
