Job duties include but are not limited to:
·Assume full responsibility to prepare & review all types of returns (individuals, corps, partnerships and/or trusts & estates)
·Successfully manage and maintain client relationships
·Utilize heavy research skills (using tools such as CCH, XCM, and RIA)
·Assist Partners in strategic tax planning
·Working closely with staff, and assisting senior management in mentoring, coaching, training, supervising, and evaluating staff
·Provide oversight and direction to a team of tax staff accountants in the delivery of tax services.
·Active involvement in client business development
Qualifications:
· CPA license (at the time of applying) is required
· Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation is required
· Must have 6 - 15 years of recent and relevant experience in U.S. public accounting
· Must have at lest 2 years of supervisory experience
· Heavy experience with review
· Broad taxation experience
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Extremely organized, can manage time appropriately and work within budget parameters
· Well developed work ethic
· Maintain a positive atmosphere of the firm
· Excellent technical and research skills; should be detail oriented and well organized with a willingness to learn
· Ability to manage all aspects of client work
· Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
