Accounting Manager needed for growing company in the Perimeter area. This role will be an integral part of process improvement in the Accounting Department. This role will be responsible for oversight of daily accounting operations including:

• Financial statement preparation
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Coordination of period close, including reviewing journal entries, account analysis, and prepare schedules for expenses.
• Preparation and/or review of account reconciliations
• Maintain and improve on existing accounting policies and procedures.
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff
• Provide support with preparation of tax reporting.
• Maintain internal controls
• Lead audit process annually and act as liaison with external auditors.
• Assist in annual budget process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Masters and/or CPA preferred
• 5 years of experience at the manager level, ideally beginning in a Big Four public accounting firm, consulting firm, or F&A group.
