Impact Solutions is Hiring a Project manager Near Milwaukee, WI

Under the direction of the Corporate Project Manager, the Project Manager will lead business sponsored projects driving system implementations and process changes. They will partner with internal customers to understand the objectives associated with a project, establish a project team and ensure requirements are properly defined and documented in accordance with the Project Management Process. The Project Manager is responsible for project planning, project oversight, facilitation, and escalation of project issues and support of project staff. They help ensure the project meets deadlines, they coordinate efforts of team members and oversee all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget.
Essential Functions: Partner with internal customers to understand and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
 Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
 Track project costs in order to meet budget.
 Take ownership and actively manage the project throughout its entire lifecycle following the standard project management processes and methodologies from WIN Center of Excellence.
 Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
 Communicate status of projects to key stakeholders on a regular basis and with total transparency.
 Make sure risks are proactively identified, documented and mitigated throughout the life of the project.
 Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
 Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HT standard project management process and tools in the WIN Center of Excellence and the training of other internal Project Managers in their use.
 Track project milestones and deliverables.
 Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
 Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
 Work with stakeholders to manage project priorities, resources, and objectives.
 Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency and break down high-level information into details.
 Navigates project changes effectively, removes barriers and coordinates with a variety of cross-functional project team members using change management process.
 Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
 Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
 Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
 Ensure resource availability and allocation.
 Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience): Bachelor's degree.
 5 years of project management or related experience.
 PMP Certification preferred.
 Experience managing complex cross-functional teams.
 Proficient in project management best practices & methodologies.
 Strong oral and written communication skills.
 Strong stakeholder management skills.
 Highly organized and proactive in project management and execution.
 Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
 Continuous development of leadership skills.
 Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
